Making Up Missed Classes
Saffron permits students to make up any missed class at the same level or below during your current session. When you arrive for your make up class, you will note your regular class on the sign in sheet and present your class card to be punched. Please be aware, you MUST make up all missed classes during the current session.

Class Cards & Enrollment Classes non-transferable and non-refundable. Class cards are only valid during the semester purchased.

Class Cancellation

Weather
Saffron follows Arlington County Public Schools for weather related cancellations. You may also refer to the Saffron Home page for the most up-to-date information or call the studio at 703-276-BELLY (2355). If a class is canceled for weather, Saffron has the discretion to direct students to make up this class in another class (see Make Up classes below) or to schedule additional classes.

Low Enrollment
Classes may be cancelled if enrollment is not sufficient at Saffron’s discretion. If you are enrolled in a classes that is later cancelled, you will be given the opportunity to transfer into another class or receive a refund.

Substitute Teachers
Saffron Dance reserves the right to have substitute teachers for classes.

Bringing a Visitor to Observe
Prior Teacher permission is required to bring a visitor to observe a class.
